1 whole chicken

3 liters of water

2 stalks of lemongrass

2 bay leaves

2 cloves of garlic

1 teaspoon of turmeric

Instructions

1. Clean the chicken and remove the fat. Cut into 8-12 pieces.

2. Boil the water in a pot, add the chicken pieces and let it boil for 15 minutes.

4. Add back the chicken into the pot and let it boil for another 15 minutes.
