Hi everyone! Today, I want to share with you a delicious recipe for one of my all-time favorite desserts - Kek Pisang! I came across this recipe on a blog called Rahel Blogspot and I couldn't resist trying it out. Trust me, it's worth it! Let's get started.

Ingredients:
- 4 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Butter and flour a 9-inch (23cm) loaf pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Stir in the mashed bananas.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and mix until just combined.
- Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the kek pisang cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve and enjoy!
