2. Selepas 30 minit, cuci lobak di bawah paip air yang mengalir supaya garam hilang dari lobak.
3. Kemudian, dalam kuali kecil, bancuhkan air, gula, cuka, bawang putih dan serbuk cili. Panaskan dan aduk sehingga gula larut.
4. Untuk membuat adunan untuk sos gege, bakar bijan kering dalam kuali sehingga ia menjadi coklat. Blend bijan tersebut dan bolehlah tuang ke dalam bekas.
5. Ambil bekas lalu masukkan lobak ke dalamnya dan tuangkan sos yang telah dibuat tadi. Aduk sehingga rata dan diamkan selama 10 minit sebelum hidangkan bersama dengan sos gege tadi. Siap! Selamat mencuba!
